We personally handle the rentals, hire and manage contractors and oversee all building improvements, which are a general necessity in order to increase rental wages for maximum profitability. Once the property meets current market values (on average 5-10 years) we also handle the sale of said property. From start to finish, Dennis and his team at Balonze Properties are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year to answer investors’ questions and provide them with any information they need.

We have 20 years of running and expanding a successful business and have attained an expansive portfolio of profit making real estate investments. We are currently looking to acquire under-valued, multi-family and commercial buildings in the southern part of the United States (particularly Arizona, Texas, Alabama Florida and the Carolina's) in areas of high job growth, and bringing those assets up to market value for sale within 5-10 years.

We have worked with multiple real estate investment firms (such as Borland Capital in Michigan), locating, underwriting and presenting investment deals for their acquisition teams.
Qualified and accredited private money investors joining out team will collect returns through quarterly payout distributions, share equity in the property and share in the many tax benefits of real estate ownership. Investors are entitled to full transparency of the property acquisition, repairs and improvements, stabilization rates, and property-related business dealings. Private investors get their preferred 8% return before myself, or any other partner, receives any profits. Qualified and accredited investors would have access to my private attorney who will be at their disposal for initial questions and concerns, and who will offer clear and concise contracts. Investors will be encouraged to keep an open dialogue with me, and can have any financial questions or concerns answered by myself, as well as my CFO. Currently, We are successfully managing a portfolio of profitable multi-family and commercial properties in three states. We are looking to broaden this portfolio, which would include the continuing acquisition and management of multi-family units and commercial buildings, with regional expansion throughout the southern United States.
